Daniel Cooper


About the artist: Using charcoal and mixed media, South Lakes-based Daniel Cooper observes reality imaginatively, and aims to communicate the ever-changing moods of the land and skies through personal involvement with the landscape. His work combines painting and drawing in charcoal and mixed media.

John McKie


About the artist: Describing his own work as ‘messing about drawing pictures’, for the past decade Carlisle artist John McKie has developed a unique style that has been shown in exhibitions in the USA and across Europe. Usually drawn on packaging and found materials, each original piece is a true one-off.

Sophie Martin


About the artist: Artist and illustrator Sophie Martin works predominantly in pen and watercolour but also sometimes in acrylics. Originally from near Kendal, she has plenty of Lake District-related prints for sale, as well as cards, coasters and placemats.

Jenny McLaren


About the artist: Originally from Scotland, but now based in Eskdale, Jenny McLaren’s incredible images mix drawing, painting, photography, and collage to explore and connect with the landscape. Her recent works added to her online store feature acrylic ink and gouache birds over UK maps.

Yvette Earl


About the artist: Illustrator Yvette Earl manages to bring every brick to life in her intricately detailed drawings of buildings. Using just paper and pen, the Carlisle artist has captured the beauty of the city in her brightly-coloured images – as well as iconic sights in Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh among others.

Thuline de Cock


About the artist: Belgian-born visual artist Thuline de Cock specialises in animal paintings with a twist. She has been living in (and taking inspiration from) the Lake District for more than two decades, she opened the Windermere Studio-Gallery three years ago, where you can see her wide array of vivid animal portraits, distinctive landscapes, and plenty of amazing merchandise.

Dani May Cook


About the artist: Fully Fledged founder Dani May Cook uses a mix of hand drawn fine detail pen, ink and pencils, as well as combining with digital illustration, to create her eco-friendly bird art. A keen ornithologist, Carlisle-based Dani cleverly translates her wildlife photography into contemporary pop culture illustrations.

Jeff Sudders


About the artist: Specialising in classic Lake District landscape paintings, and working mainly in oils, experienced artist Jeff Sudders is well respected in the region and has a growing number of collectors of his work. His artwork is a unique interpretation of the local area and his landscapes capture the light and atmosphere of the Lakes whilst incorporating the mood and feelings he desires.
